WHY STAY AT VILLA SAGITTA?
Villa Sagitta near Ubud, is the ideal combination of what only certain villas on Bali do so well – providing services and amenities that you would expect from a luxury hotel, while allowing you the privacy, and space, of your own villa, with plenty of accommodation, a private infinity swimming pool, a garden and an outdoor, undercover wooden floor yoga deck with magnificent river gorge views.

Villa Sagitta can be rented as a 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom villa right up to a 6-bedroom, 6-bathroom villa sleeping 12 people.
VILLA SETTING
Villa Sagitta is situated at the top of a river gorge in Pejeng, 7km from central Ubud (a 15-minute drive through breathtaking rice paddy scenery), in a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Pejeng is quiet and magnificently beautiful – without the noise that can be a part of central Ubud life. Prepare to relax and sleep well!
The villa is also within easy striking distance of many of the sights that guests like to visit while in Ubud.
WHO SHOULD STAY?
Although there is no obligation to eat at the villa, Villa Sagitta is catered. It is therefore ideal for guests who would rather come home to a catered meal than have to shop for it, and cook it, themselves.

Villa Sagitta is well situated to the sights in Ubud and beyond, but is also ideal for those who just want to relax at the villa.
Villa Sagitta will suit guests who want peace and tranquility. Although there is a small quiet village behind Villa Sagitta, the villa itself is situated in indigenous forest, with beautiful rice paddy scenery close by, so guests will have a more ‘rural’ experience when staying here than an urban one.
ACCOMMODATION
The villa has six bedrooms, all en-suite, sleeping up to 12 people, but we also rent it as three, four or five bedrooms.
We offer a complimentary infant cot, and a travelling cot, for infants and toddlers (as well as a high chair).

Villa Sagitta is only ever rented to one group at a time.
OUTDOOR LIVING
Ubud has the best climate in Bali with warm days and cool evenings. As such, the villa offers outdoor dining for twelve, a large infinity pool, sun loungers and a comfortable Balinese bale (gazebo) with magnificent river gorge views. There are also patios and balconies off many of the rooms, all with comfortable seating.
INDOOR LIVING
The lounge has been designed with relaxation in mind, with a comfortable sofa and a Balinese day bed. Stretch out, relax with a book, watch TV or a DVD, or listen to music on the stereo system.
There is cable television with a large number of international channels, as well as a large supply of DVDs and some music CDs.
BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS
Enjoy your sleep with extra-length king-size beds in all six bedrooms (the king beds in three bedrooms can be converted into twin beds), wonderfully comfortable mattresses, a choice of pillow types, high-thread count cotton linen, fans, air conditioning and mosquito nets.

The Joglo suite, made from a 200-year-old Javanese structure, is enclosed with walls on three sides, but the front has been left open (with roll-down blinds) to embrace the magnificent river valley views.
All the bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms (5 with outside showers and one with a bath and shower), customised bath amenities & big fluffy towels.
FACILITIES & SERVICES
A daily housekeeping service, complimentary breakfast, staff, WiFi, tea, Balinese coffee and bottled water are all included in your rate. A car and driver; airport or island transfers; in-house massage and in-house yoga are all available at the villa, as is babysitting at an added rate.
Villa Sagitta is not a self-catering villa. Our Balinese cooks provide a choice of delicious complimentary breakfasts, and Balinese and Western food for other meals from a varied, reasonably priced menu.
We provide the services so you can sit back, relax and enjoy your Balinese holiday.
THINGS TO DO IN THE AREA
Ubud is famous for its charm, and its reputation as the cultural heartland of Bali. It is also well known for its shopping, excellent restaurants, fantastic spas, spiritual practices and varied courses.
Villa Sagitta has easy access to many activities in and around the area. The villa staff will be happy to make suggestions, and arrangements, regarding yoga, meditation, cooking classes, spas, art classes, dance classes, sightseeing, bird walks, herb walks and anything else you can think of!

Rates are for 6 or fewer guests. US $30 per person per night extra for up to twelve people. Children four years and under stay free. We provide a complimentary traveling cot and a high chair. Minimum 2-night stay.
